Our HOA knows that 2020 has been a tough year financially for so many people. The Board approved payment options for your dues if you are unable to pay them by January 30th. Please reach out to management as soon as possible or via the HOA portal or phone (281-537-0957). The Board will be reviewing these accounts mid-year.
Wildwood at Oakcrest get its water from Harris County Municipal Utility District 5. The community is not part of the city of Tomball, so water issues (e.g., boiling required for Tomball residents) are not applicable. Municipal District Services will be flushing the district's water lines during

To be consistent with other common areas such as the community pool, the splash pad will have security cameras added and convert to the same key fobs used for the pool. Every household will be required to use a valid, active access fob to gain entrance to the pool or splash pad. Owners whose accounts are in good standing can use their existing pool fob to access the splash pad. Owners without fobs can purchase them and pick them up at the Chaparral office at 6630 Cypresswood Drive in Spring. See Documents > Community & Event Info > Pool and Splash Pad Info > 2021 Pool Season Info on the portal documents page for more information.
