The community clubhouse is available for rental. Use TownSquare to contact Inframark Infrastructure Management Services to inquire about availability dates. Inframark will provide a rental agreement contract and liability waiver. Owners in good standing provide a $200 check for a deposit, a payment check based on $25 per hour, and the completed forms. The rental fee is waived for community clubs. Renters are responsible for cleanup at the end of their events. Inframark verifies the cleanup and returns the deposit check if the clubhouse is in proper condition.
The Clubhouse has an HDTV that can be connected to a computer via an HDMI cable. It does not receive broadcast channels for sporting events but can be connected to the WiFi network. The WiFi SSID and password are located on the router in the closet.
The Clubhouse has a refrigerator to keep foods and drinks cold; however, there is a no-alcohol policy.
The Clubhouse does not have an oven nor microwave for cooking. Food trucks are permitted as part of events, but use of barbecue pits is not.
The Clubhouse has folding tables and chairs in the storage closet. Renters are responsible for setup, take down, and storing them back in the closet.
The maximum number of guests allowed to use the Clubhouse under the rental agreement is fifty (50) persons (including minors).
Rental of the Clubhouse for private events includes the Clubhouse only. Exclusive use of the swimming pool and adjacent park play structures are not available. Bounce houses and slip 'n' slides are not allowed due to liability issues.
